Beginners Yoga is suitable for all levels, whether you are a complete Yoga newbie, have an established practice and feel like coming along or you are returning to yoga after a break.
These classes will go back to basics, breaking down and learning some core asanas (postures) and build on them gradually from week to week. We will learn proper breathing techniques (pranayama). Correct and safe alignments will be taught along with some gentle hands on* adjustments, to assist you with your practice.
Classes will vary in terms of intensity from day to day, however everyone is encouraged to listen to their body, work at their own pace and take rest whenever is needed – this is your practice.
